With the birth of my own beautiful daughter came a flood of fond childhood memories of speaking Yiddish with my grandmother. Today, my mom and I delight in kvelling over my very own Shayna Punum!
With a combination of an indescribable love for my daughter, and my love for all things crafty, I started embroidering her onesies with my favorite Yiddish expressions. Friends, family members and even friendly strangers started to take notice and make their own requests. Thus, Yiddish Youngsters was born!
