Please use our do-it-yourself ordering system through PayPal, or send a personal check for your order to Yiddish Youngsters, PO Box 67149, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467. Orders will be processed once your payment has been received, and products will arrive to you within 10 business days thereafter. Please email me if you are paying by personal check and would like an invoice, or if you have any questions at cindy@yiddishyoungsters.com
Personalized Items:
For all custom personalized pieces you will receive an email sample proof that must be confirmed before your order can be placed.
Shipping:
The shipping time is applied after an order has been processed. Orders are processed once payment is received. Products will arrive to you within 10 business days. We use the USPS for all deliveries. There is a $3.00 shipping fee per item. For rush orders, please contact me at cindy@yiddishyoungsters.com for details and adjusted pricing.
Taxes:
A 6.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders at check-out, per Massachusetts state law.
Return Policy:
Our goal is to produce high quality apparel that looks like the design on our website, at the best possible price. If the apparel we ship to you is flawed, or if the decoration is materially different from what you ordered, we will replace the affected merchandise. Embroidery color thread may vary slightly by shade to produce the most esthetic outcome. We ask that you notify Yiddish Youngsters before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled accurately.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders for personalized pieces may not be cancelled once you have approved your proof and are non-refundable
